In winter we offer a number of indoor training sessions targeting various aspects of getting fit and staying fit on a bicycle.

Symmetry Cycle Coaching has a chapter in the Cyclo Sportif club, with a number of teams participating in these highly popular non-competitive riding events. We are always looking for interested riders to join our teams and enjoy the friendly and social atmosphere of these events.

Written Training Programs
A full training program will be provided based on an appraisal, along with record sheets/diary for recording your training progress.
An appraisal involves bike set up, goal setting, threshold and max heart rate tests, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, a detailed explanation of your program, and input on your progress.
Included in a 4 week written training program is a one on one appraisal, and a 1 hr training session of riders choice.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions can be conducted for all cycling disciplines, with a focus on specific outcomes (eg. Hill climbing, sprinting).
Sessions run for one hour with discounts for group sessions.
Regular clinics run through out the year, for Road Track MTB and BMX, for beginners through to competitive. Please contact us and watch this web site for details. Country Clubs can contact us for bookings.
